1. LOYALTY PROGRAM

By registering to participate in our Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: The Loyalty Program is available to all customers who are residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age.

Enrollment: Enrollment in the Loyalty Program is free. Customers can register in-store at kiosks where they must provide accurate information, including their mobile number, first and last name, zip code, and/or email address.

Data Collection: By enrolling in our Loyalty Program, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information. The information collected will be used to send exclusive promotions and offers to members of the Loyalty Program. We also reserve the right to collect information about customer purchasing behavior in order to offer you better offers and personalized promotions.
Use of Information: All information we collect from customers will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to the Loyalty Program. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or court order.

Mobile Privacy: Personal information will not be sold or shared with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Aries Supermarket will not send you sweepstakes-related content via SMS messaging or any other means. Your personal data, including phone number, will not be used for any sweepstakes-related activity.

Communications: By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, customers agree to receive marketing communications, which may include SMS text messages, emails, and online promotions. Customers may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in any communication sent.
Exclusive offers: Members of the Loyalty Program can receive exclusive offers, promotions, and discounts on selected products. These offers are valid for Loyalty Program members only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

By signing up for our Loyalty Program, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you have any questions or concerns about the Loyalty Program, please feel free to contact supermarket customer service.

2. SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Aries Supermarket , either directly at our in-store checkout kiosk or through our website, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to the Aries Supermarket loyalty program, including coupons, weekly specials and store updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. SMS consent is separate from your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and from enrollment in the Aries Supermarket Loyalty Program.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you choose to opt in again.

Please note that to the extent you provide us with a mobile phone number, you hereby:

You represent that you are the account holder and subscriber of the mobile phone number you provide, or that you have permission from the account holder and subscriber to receive text messages and/or phone calls at that phone number;

You agree to receive and authorize us to send or cause to be delivered, calls and text/SMS messages for any purpose, including advertising, using an automated telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice;

You agree to notify us immediately if the mobile phone number you have provided changes;

You agree to indemnify us in full for all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to, arising out of, or caused by, in whole or in part, your failure to promptly notify us if the telephone number you have provided changes, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to or arising out of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act; and

You understand and agree that your acceptance of these terms is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services and that, depending on your plan with your mobile carrier, normal rates, and usage fees, including data rates and text message rates, may apply to text messages and/or phone calls delivered by Supermarket or on behalf of Supermarket.
